We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

• Instalments: Atome, Grab PayLater, ShopBack PayLater, Pace Pay.

What is your shipping rate?

• Free delivery within Singapore.

• Express same-day or next-day delivery is available within Singapore for a fee of S$15.

• International shipping rate varies based on location. We use DHL or Fedex for all international orders. You will be able to view final shipping cost at checkout.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all our products from Singapore.

How long does it take to ship?

• Orders within Singapore: 2-3 business days for free standard delivery.

• Outside of Singapore: Typically arrives within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping may take longer during public holidays and peak holiday seasons.

How do I check my order status?

Reach out to us via email at hello@wearecozzy.com with your order number so that we can check your order status.

How do I cancel my order?

You'll be able to cancel your order before shipment has been placed.

Please reach out to us at hello@wearecozzy.com with your order number if you had a change of mind and need to cancel your order so that we can give you a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns & exchange policy?

Should there be any damage incurred during shipping & delivery through no fault of the customers, they may choose to receive an exchange of a similar product within 6 months of purchase or receive a full refund. Return shipping is free.

Please note that items that have been damaged through customers' usage need not be returned for hygiene reasons.

If there are any issues with your order at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@wearecozzy.com we will do our level best to sort it out for you. We want you to have only the best experience with our products.

How do I return my order?

Reach out to us via email at hello@wearecozzy.com with your order number and we'll arrange a courier to pick up the return order from your doorstep and issue a full refund.

• Machine wash in cold water
• Wash dark colors separately
• Do not bleach
• Do not use softener
• Use a mild detergent
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron on low heat
